1. Prices quoted by us are normally inclusive of value added tax or any similar taxes, levies or duties. The costs of carriage, delivery, packaging and insurance are excluded from the product price.

2.The delivery period stated is an approximate guideline and is not the basis of the contract unless otherwise stated.

We are entitled to deliver orders in instalments in the event that certain components are out of stock

3. Risk of the loss of the goods passes to you on delivery.

When signing for delivered goods you must be satisfied that the goods have arrived in undamaged condition, if this is impractical the delivery note must be signed for as "unchecked", otherwise transit insurance would be void and the customer would be responsible for repair costs. When you receive Product you must inspect it for any defects or non-conformity within 3 days. After this period the goods are conclusively deemed as accepted, and claims of transit damage cannot be upheld.

We warrant that goods will at the time of delivery be free from defects in workmanship and materials and correspond in all material respects with the relevant product specification. We guarantee that the Goods (excl. peripherals) will be free from defects for 12 months from delivery. If any goods do not conform to this warranty then we will at our option either remedy the defect in question, replace the defective Goods or refund the price of the defective Goods. The warranty period commences on the next day after delivery or collection.
